Clear, bright, pale straw. Fresh, traces of lime overlaid by zesty nettle rounded off with a mineral trace and a hint of cream. Dry, elegant freshness with a substantial weight contributes to a large mouthfeel. Minerality showcases in this wine, with a fine polish of creamy texture. Continues to release layers of flavour as it unfolds in the glass. Needs a little patience to allow this, but the rewards are grand. Generous length.
